Yes. Our graphic designers will build to your specifications a custom postcard. Provide us as much detail as you want or we will take the ball and run with it! You receive proofs after each revision and up to 3 or 4 revisions which should cover your campaign.

We do and if we don't, we will get it. You might have to send us any team logo if you want that included.

Yes. Once you have your card the way you want it, we can load into our easy to use iDesginer, our graphics editor platform. You can then customize it for your next campaign. Change photos, text, property address just about anything and any time you want. 

FAST! We usually drop the same day or next day if your art is approved after 1pm. Remember we are local, not in FL or CA. Your mail goes to one of the Big 3 local Metro DC postal plants and we are Full Service Certified/Seamless Induction…. meaning we upload all the paper work and drop the mail directly into the postal plant. This is Big!

If you have a list, just included it in your uploads. If not we include many types of list for you to use. Custom Mapping, Subdivision, Property Owners with Demographic Data, Length of Residence, High Equity, Absentee/Investor Owners. We even offer some other lists for and additional charge that can target people we predict will sell their home. 

Yes, we do. After your order is completed we will mail you a sample of your postcard. We also include the agent and designated property in the mailing list.
