Yes. Our graphic designers will build to your specifications a custom postcard. Provide us as much detail as you want or we will take the ball and run with it! You receive proofs after each revision and up to 2 or 3 revisions which should cover your campaign.

We do and if we don't, we will get it. You might have to send us any team logo if you want that included.

If you have new or updated logos or images that are related to you and or your brand, upload them in the Agent Contact section of this request form.

Yes. Once you have your card the way you want it, we can load into our easy to use iDesginer, our graphics editor platform. You can then customize it for your next campaign. Change photos, text, property address just about anything and any time you want.

Remember we are a USPS Full Service- Seamless Partner and local,  Your mail is actually verified here in our facility, postage paid electronically, all addresses uplaoded along with certifications by us and we transport s directly into to one of the Big 4 local Metro DC postal plants. 

If you have a list indicated or and area etc, or are uploading one or two, regardless we will confirm with you prior to mailing in your first email which will include your proof.

If not we include many types of list for you to use. Custom Mapping, Subdivision, Property Owners with Demographic Data, Length of Residence, High Equity, Absentee/Investor Owners. We even offer some other lists for and additional charge that can target people we predict will sell their home. 

Yes, we do. After your order is completed we will mail you a sample of your postcard. We also include the agent and designated property in the mailing list.
