Your mail goes to one of the Big 3 local postal plants and we are Full Service Certified/Seamless Induction…. meaning we upload all the paper work and drop the mail directly into the postal plant. This is Big!

We select the closest relevant homes to your property. We don't just draw a circle from the home. We use polygon mapping based on an algorithm that looks at the homes subdivision, price and some other secret factors. In the end, you are targeting the neighbors close by and only home owners - no renters. If you want, we can send you the list.

Yes, we do. After your order is completed we will mail you a sample of your postcard. We also include the agent and designated property in the mailing list.
