The mailing list is a critical component of any direct mail campaign. For Seller Direct Campaigns, Buyer Letters, Have a Buyer, Agent Introduction, and Neighborhood Letters, we provide over 90% of the lists for our clients.

We can do the same for you. Our Stacked Lists Data is often more up-to-date than MLS or tax record databases. We have a proven method that complements this marketing approach, and the most effective data filters are included in our online pricing.

Size

While getting your mail delivered to homes is important, the next step is even more crucial: getting your letter opened and read. The envelope, or "carrier," plays a significant role in this. Many people receive common business envelopes, known as Commercial No. 10/No. 9, daily. We are not fans of this - so think outside the box!

Consider using a larger envelope, like an A9 (8.75"x5.75) with your letter folded in half instead of thirds, or a smaller A7 (5.25"x7.25), a common invitation size.

Stamp - Postal Permit/Indica

Using a bulk mail permit for this type of correspondence isn't always the best approach. While it's fine for self-mailers like postcards or folded mailers, a basic black and white square box in the right-hand corner of an envelope can signal "junk mail." This can negatively impact the open rate.

We offer live stamps and presort bulk stamps, which can improve your mail's effectiveness. Presort stamps feature eight different barns across the US.

Our preferred option is a postage meter indicia. Two colors and the suggestion that you ran it through your office postage meter can intrigue recipients.

Handwritten Letter - Real Ink Pen Robot

Handwritten by our proprietary robots, using real pens. with real ink -Uni-Ball, Pentel, Paper Mate and even MontBlanc Toffee Brown have all been used!  Our robots are based on machine learning of a human hand rather than plotter programming (point a to point b) and that is what separates us from other. We also have been doing this for years!  In that time we have learned a great deal.  For example this is most effective with short letters and cards, but always a winner when it comes to envelopes.

Authenticity starts with the envelope.

Hand addressed envelopes with a live stamp probably provide the highest “open rate” for letter mailers. So, when it comes to the outside of your envelope, we provide many options. It might look very simple, however we are deploying various types of technology, machines and experience to reproduce this effect at the required scale of your campaign.

Our “Dropped In The Box” approach is meat to increase the open rate as well. Providing you various “postage stamp” options might seem redundant and/or similar, but professional marketers will tell you that “the stamp” is often the single most important component in the consumer ’Split Second Decision” to open your message or toss in the recycle bin!

 

Personalization Traditional Match Mail

Match Mail Personalization refers to a method where each individual piece of personalized content, in our case the letter, is precisely matched with its corresponding envelope, ensuring that the right message goes to the right recipient, creating a more targeted and personalized mailing experience. This personalized effort often demonstrate that "this agent" has a more professional approach, thus further adding to building a brand and often resonating more trust with many.

It is the most common, and often the least costly type of personalization in most cases. However, one important concept when deploying any variable data approach is to be as accurate and correct as possible. Having the proper format is just as important as well. Records from an MLS list like "Smith Robert, ET AL TR" are not recommended. Often the next level up in this method is the detail of the salutation to be used. The least expense will be using one filed - for example "First Name" or the Last name and Residence - Dear Thomas or Dear Jordan Residence.

Our large inhouse database combined with many "data scripts" for list repair and cleansing can greatly help.  As with all personalization, it does provide a marketing advantage, but it is important to consider the cost involved and the expected return. At times, it might not present the best value.

Advance Personalization

Demonstrating your knowledge with regard to content and messaging you are sending can be be a powerful tool.  This type of data driven marketing is often used for  compiling target list. Thus this extension of leveraging it in your appeal can make perfect sense. It often can also place you way ahead of your competition or a dominant agent, who has just "been around a while".
