Materials
Matching Existing Signs & Hole Centers:
Most agents are adding or replace signs from an existing inventory. To ensure compatibility, we suggest confirming your sign size an a few measurements. Many Realtors use an outside firm to install and remove their post and property listing signs. We suggest confirming with them or measuring yourself. The most critical measurement is often with regards to the overall width and the holes centering. These play an important role in the alignment.- Two Holes Top and/or Two Holes Bottom – The distance from the center of the first top or bottom hole (left) to the center of the second hole (right) with indicate the “Centers” you have for those signs. See Single Sets of Holes image below
- Multiple Holes Top and/or Bottom – There may be more than 2 holes on the top and or bottom of you existing sign. Your signs might have multiple set of centers to accommodate different signs or posts. In this case we recommend: First take the measurement of the 2 holes closest to the center of your sign. Identify this as Set 1- See Image 2 below top the diagram. Second measure the next set of holes by measuring the distance from the outside edge of the sign, to the center of that outside hole. Then calculate the centers using that and the signs overall width. Example: If the distance from the outside edge of the sign, to the center of that outside hole was 3″. And your sign is 24″ in total width. 3″ x 2 (there are two holes one 3″ from the left the other 3″ from the ight edge of the sign = 6″ The sign has a total width of 24″- 24″ less 6″ = 18″. So that out set of holes are on 18″ centers.
- Width – Don’t take any changes. Always confirm the width if you are matching an existing sign. Diagram 3 below shows the width and some common hole centers
- Main Sign Panel – If you are ordering this, we suggest confirming the top holes. Usually you will see multiple holes for this application so that the sign post installer can accommodate different types of post. Not uncommon to see two or three sets of holes here (4 or 6 holes)
Production/Turnaround (3pm EST cut off time)
PrintTime
When your order is submitted and/or your proof is approved if requested, Printing Time starts. This signifies the production phase: the printing, trimming – finishing etc. (also known as turnaround time) or the the duration for order before it is READY TO SHIP and departs our facility for shipment or local pick-up. This is not the delivery date. Our standard Print Time is 2-3 Days. We provide 1-2 Days Print and Ship for most yard signs, however NEXT or SAME DAY is an available option at CHECKOUT. Our Cutoff time for real estate yard signs is 3pm EST. All days refer to and are calculated in Business Days (Monday – Friday). The displayed date indicates when your order will be ‘Ready To Ship,’ not the delivery date. To cater to different needs, we provide various service levels for our products. Initially, we Adobe PreFlight your uploaded file. Additionally, we confirm all print-ready aspects. Another point to consider is that we find common issues. Also, we try to adjust all we can at no extra charge on any real estate yard sign order. Conversely, if your file does not have bleed, we will add it, if we can, at no charge. Basically, we will do our best to ensure all specs provide a quality piece. Because if we can’t, we won’t print, and we’ll reach out to you. - Flatten Your File -This is very important with sign printing. It will stabilize fonts and colors. This will have an effect on the output of your file so we suggest you FLATTEN before you submit. As we have to here and as mention can have effect images and colors
- Transparency – Often occurs when a transparent art image, like a logo, is overlaid on another piece of artwork causing a light background color. We will try to flatten file – may or may not effect colors..
- Colors – Color matching is not guaranteed. We do our best to match the specified colors of your file. We can set your account up with this if needed. It takes time as we print on different material and send you samples for approval. It cost form $200-S385 initially as well. Email us if you have interest.
- Your Timeline
- Keep your expectations real. We offer very inexpensive next day printing on most Trifolds brochures, but we still need to ship it to you so keep in mind when you need “it in hand”. Confirm you have time for this layout and make the best selections in Print Time and Shipping Method to meet your expectations and needs
- If you have a certain “in Hand Time of Day” you need your prints and its quick, we suggest you expediate all your choices. It ‘s not going to arrive the next day by 8am for $10 Shipping! We have early arrival if you need otherwise, it is by the End of Day EOD
- Review your art, content and all of your print ready material before you submit so you don’t need proofs. We rarely change anything aside form adjusting bleed, a proof request will slow down the turnaround ..just fyi
- Layout or Our Templates
- These can be uploaded as two full size pages, i.e. 2pg pdf each 25.75×11.25 or 6pg each 8.75″x11″.25″ (w/bleed)
- Don’t crowed your sign with too much copy or images. Readability from some distance is critical with this product
- Keep away form the edges! We suggest that your margin be1/2″ from each edge. This keeps all safe and will present your content in the most professional manner.
- Use all vector images and file for best results and don’t enlarge

We use print ready PDF as our format of choice. Vector composed is best for any signage. This will allow your order to be processed within the standard time frame and productions scopes we offer for this product. You can upload other files however they may require additional graphic services and/or fees be charged in order to be used. Don’t worry we won’t do anything without your ok or approval. Hardware For Signs
Grommets
We only recommend grommets for PVC Based signs less than 6mm. However we do offer them for all materials. Our Standard grommet of choice is a 5/8″ Nickle Plated metal. Durable, and allows for tight crimping to remain intact during the signs life. Consequently, this material at times is not avaiable and we may use a Gold color steel grommet. Also very common in real estate yard sign applications. Additionally, the provide extra protection for wear and tear when the sign is in uses. Meanwhile, PVC signs provide a smooth finish and remain the most popular sign material used for Real Estate Signs in the united States, for many reasons ranging from application to value. Furthermore, they can be displayed using various clips, chains and hooks to create variable and hanging sign that best represent your listing and or you and your team For our Aluminum signs (Metal) we don’t recommend grommets as they just are not needed. How eve, if requested we use a heavy rubber grommets. This is an industrial grade material and has a thin flange so it has low impact on the presentation.Clips

Tango 16pt Finished Paper Board Often a great environmental choice as can easily be recycled. These fold over and are stapled. Short term use as rain, humidity and outdoor elements will effect them quickly. They can be displayed using: H-Stake or plastic spider stands. Note they sit 11″ lower than other signs do to their mounting configuration. Please be aware this is a paper product and has a coating but is not designed as water resistant or water proof. Although is may hold up for a certain period of time it may not as well and we make no guarantee.
