EDDM Postcards
Of course, online advertising exists too. But with online ads, it can be tricky to get people to see your message among all the other stuff on their screens, and the costs can really add up. EDDM is much simpler – you design a postcard, pick your target area, and we’ll handle the rest. It’s perfect for do-it-yourself (DIY) marketing!
EDDM for real estate agents is versatile too. You can use them for agent announcements, “Just Sold” or “Just Listed” updates, or even to promote events happening in your area. We offer a variety of sizes and printing options, so you can create postcards that perfectly fit your marketing goals.
Here’s the best part: you only need to order the number of postcards you actually need. There’s no need to waste money on extras! If you only want to reach 362 houses in a specific area, that’s all you’ll pay for.
Ready to get started? Our EDDM tool is super easy to use. You can choose to print the postcards yourself (the DIY option) or let us handle everything for you (the Full Service option). The choice is yours!

The postage rates are affordable too, especially for postcards under 3.3 ounces. We even have a free tool you can use to find the mail carrier routes in your target areas. Keep in Mind & Recommendations
Print-Ready Files It a common term used every day in commercial printing, but it can mean different things. They are essential elements your file needs to ensure it translates from your computer to the printing press accurately and consistently without the need for any additional edits or adjustments. Sizes EDDM is unique in only certain sizes will qualify. The sizes we offer are accepted for EDDM rates. At times we have heard of some local post offices that can be more open in the sizes they accept. If you are using our Print and Ship service, and you have another size you want print, select our size that is the NEXT SIZE UP from your card and place your order. However, we take no responsibility for any issues that may occur with USPS. Layout EDDM cards regardless of their size, have different locations where the recipient area/address box is located with respect to direct mail postcards. EDDM cards are populated with “Postal Customer” and no proper name, street, city, zip code or barcode information is printed or used. As they are not processed on any machines, the location of the recipient area and permit are commonly on the top upper right area of page 2 or the back side. We always recommend keeping your layout within all USPS regulations. All of out templates will be set up this way. For more on this see the next TAB Design Guidelines or read more in our Knowledge Center for EDDM Best Practices.Add Additional UV Coating:
The paper mills provide coated paper, however it has no real gloss or matte/silk finish, unlike text of book paper we are using heavier caliper weight card/board stock. We offer (3) additional coatings that enhance the finish look and feel to one or both sides of your card.- Gloss UV Coating – Adds a glossy sheen and helps in the reduction of smudging or scratches that can occur on postal processing equipment.
- Matte UV Coating – Almost the opposite of the above, this enhances a duller appearance and reduces the reflection of light off the card.
- Soft Touch UV Coating – Creates a velvety texture. The paper becomes “soft” to the touch and increases the tactile appeal.
