Add Additional UV Coating:
The paper mills provide coated paper, however it has no real gloss or matte/silk finish, unlike text of book paper we are using heavier caliper weight card/board stock. We offer (3) additional coatings that enhance the finish look and feel to one or both sides of your card.- Gloss UV Coating – Adds a glossy sheen and helps in the reduction of smudging or scratches that can occur on postal processing equipment.
- Matte UV Coating – Almost the opposite of the above, this enhances a duller appearance and reduces the reflection of light off the card.
- Soft Touch UV Coating – Creates a velvety texture. The paper becomes “soft” to the touch and increases the tactile appeal.

Would you like to see a proof and approve it before we start printing? We can do that. It may effect the print time/turnaround and delivery date, but if you have any concerns, it might be a good choice. We can send you a no charge e-proof via PDF or a link usually in 1-5 business hours. If you are looking for a hard proof, basically a single copy of the actual print job or campaign, we can do that too!Printing Time
This is the time it takes to set up, print, cut/trim or perform any other additional finishing required so that your card can leave our facility – and is ready to ship (this is not when order will arrive at your destination). We offer more turnaround options than many others and we guide you by displaying the estimated day and date they would be ready to ship. All represented in real time based on when you order is received. Shipping methods in checkout too will display in real time. Printing Time has an impact on when your order will arrive. Moreover, our cutoff time is 3pm EST, ensuring prompt processing of your orders. Additionally, all days are referred to and calculated in Business Days (Monday – Friday). Production time commences after your order is submitted and/or your proof is approved if requested. Subsequently, Printing Time signifies the production phase, indicating the duration for order production before it departs our facility for shipment or local pick-up. As long as it contains high-resolution images and is close to the appropriate size, we’ll do our best to get it ready for printing. If it requires bleed, we’ll add it for you. Should our graphic designers and prepress experts identify any issues, they’ll make the necessary adjustments and inform you promptly.
