There are two separate components or choices, that determine when you will have your print order in hand at the destination you entered.
PRINTING TURNAROUND: (aka production turnaround or print time)
Located in CHECKOUT. It is based on "real time" - the current day/time at the time of ordering. We (3) levels of service. Your selection here is built into the arrival date/day shown within in each shipping method choice. So if you need your order to arrive sooner than what you see, adjust your Printing Turnaround selection.
SHIPPING METHOD:
Also located in CHECKOUT, where the shipping address is confirmed/changed or entered and below printing turnaround. We offer various methods for your consideration and all are discounted. The times you see there are SYNCNED or based on the Printing Turnaround selection you chose in the section above it. So if you need your order to arrive sooner, adjust your Printing Turnaround selection above, you will see the delivery arrival dates and rates change.

More Detail on Printing Turnaround & Shipping Method
We get a lot of questions about printing turnaround times, especially from customers on a tight deadline or who need orders expedited or rush service. “Print Time” or "Turnaround" isn’t an idea everyone has to deal with daily, so some confusion is understandable.
First you have to understand, every property brochure is a custom printed product. These are not blue shirts or red Open Sunday riders that are picked/pulled from a self and shipped from a warehouse. We also know that often these orders are placed, not during a work day between 9 to 5. Waiting on photos or owner approvals or other scenarios happen and is just a part of the business.
We believe our online platform with its' late cut off time and no minimum quantities, can bring every agent value, piece of mind and reliable high quality printed material in hand when they need. This is especially true with most property marketing collateral or flyers, brochures and property booklets.
To accomplish this and provide agents with a RESPONSIVE platform, we use two components:
First is the time it takes, after your order is placed, to set up, print, trim or cut, coat, fold or bind and then pack your order so it is READY TO SHIP. We refer to this as the Printing Turnaround.
- Then from that point to when you receive your order "in hand" is the shipping or transport time it takes to get there, thus the second component. This is determined by the Shipping Method you select.
These are not the same and are both, separate selections in CHECKOUT, however they interact with each other. So it is important you make the best choice for you needs when ordering.
PRINT TIME: Is located in the on most product pages within the "Configure and Price" It will display in Real Time and will provide Day and Date, based on what serve you select when you order will be Ready To Ship.

PRINTINT TURNAROUND
What is “Printing Turnaround" ?
Simply put, it’s the estimated time necessary to complete a custom print order so it is READY TO SHIP (not delivered to you). It includes: Pre-Press (file review, pre flight, prep and/or proof if requested) printing, cutting, binding, and other finishing services needed and packing your orders for shipping. Remember we are not picking product off a shelf. Each job is custom and involves a manufacturing process. We offer (3) levels of service for Printing Turnaround
Printing Turnaround is located in CHECKOUT , below where Billing/Shipping Addresses are confirmed or entered. Different products may have a different numbers of days or times associated within the 3 levels of service we offer. You can find more detailed information regarding the product you are ordering, and the turnarounds available for it on it's product page by scrolling down in the description (main) tab.
We state Print Time times in Business Days. This estimate presumes there are no extraordinary circumstances that would stop production.
What Print Times Do You Offer?
We offers some of the fastest services available for real estate agents and brokerages - nationwide. Often leading others by a large margin. Even more importantly, we currently have a 3PM EST Cutoff time. We invite you to check any competitor to validate our claim.
Depending on the product, we generally offer Same Day - Rush, Next Day - Expedited and Standard 2-3 Days to choose from. Some products may not offer same day and/or next day choices or may limited the quantity for those options. Some options within a product, might also not be available, when selecting Rush or Expedited.
Property Flyers and most Folded Property Brochures and our signature Property Booklets all have Same Day - Rush, Next Day - Expedited options. Many of our other marketing items do as well - Notecards, Door Hangers, Riders.
Please remember that printing turnaround times are always stated on business days.
What’s the Difference Between a “Day” and a “Business Day”?
“Business days” are MONDAY- FRIDAY and exclude days our facility is not open or closed. So we exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays from our printing turnaround estimates. Request a quote if your project or campaign might need production on those "off days". We often schedule for those clients waiting on photos or requiring the sellers review etc.
What’s is Cutoff Time?
Cutoff time is the latest time in our business day that we can begin to process your order. After the cut-off time, orders are considered received on the next business day. Most products currently have a 3PM EST Cut Off Time - One of the latest in the industry!
When Does "Printing Turnaround" Start?
Printing Turnaround starts after you have placed a valid order and we can begin the printing process.
A Valid Order:
You have placed your online order and agreed to all terms and conditions.
All print-ready artwork/pdf furnished file(s) are uploaded or your design templates are finished and were submitted with your order.
Full payment is received or you have selected your "active" Billing Account for payment.
This will be consider a Valid Order.
If you select No Proofs:
We can get started! if all the above are fulfilled and you select No Proof. We strongly recommend you review your files thoroughly prior to placing your order. Unlike other printing companies, we do all we can to keep your order moving. We understand many of our clients do not deal with "print ready specs" on a daily bases, this some confusion is understandable.
To ensure we are printing the very best file we can we have a pre-press specialist manually review each file.
*If they see no bleed, and they can add - they will and - at no charge
*If your important content area is in the Safe Area, and they can, they will adjust - at no charge
*If and image or two is Low Res and our software can improve for print quality we will - at no charge
Of course we cannot assume any responsibility for any final product errors arising from the lack of your print proofing however, if we can correct something we will and 97.3% of the time it has no effect on "Print Time"

Additional requirements need to be met before "Printing Turnaround" will begin:
E-Proofs are normally available or sent within 15 min - 4 hours (during a business day) from receipt of your valid order. .
The returned proof has to be approved by email as instructed or online through the customer’s account.
If a hard proof is requested, production starts when we receive your signed proof (scanned or mailed back to us).
Is Shipping Time Included in Printing Turnaround Times?
Though we answered this in the first question, the answer bears repeating. Shipping or In Transit Time is completely separate from Printing Turnaround.

What Can Affect Turnaround Times?
We have built our business on service, however from time to time unforeseen delays in supply delivery, accidents, inclement weather, and equipment failure are just some of the things that can negatively affect production turnaround. While we try our best to work around these issues, there’s always a chance that we may not be able to meet our estimates.
Service Guarantee
If you have selected a "Printing Turnaround" with an additional fee or cost associated with it and we cannot meet that timeline, regardless of the delay, we will not charge you for that associated additional cost/fee or if already paid we will issue a store credit that portion.
Your Expectations & Needs
If your needs require some form of expedited turnaround in any manor or if you need your item by a specified time, we suggest you keep this top of mind when and make the most expedited choices for both Printing Turnaround and your Shipping Method.
Know when the turnaround period begins.
Leave time for shipping and mailing.
Include weekends and holidays in your delivery estimates.
Don’t wait until the last minute if you don't have to.

SHIPPING METHODS
Things to keep in mind:
Your Billing Address is your default "SHIP TO" address and must contain a valid address.
You can change the SHIP TO address by simply checking the "Change Delivery Address" box and selecting an alternative address you may have on file or entering a new ship to address - we strongly suggest using the prompt choices from the drop down as you type in your new ship to address. These are only valid address thus reducing any potential errors.
Please note all days unless specified are "Business Days".
They initiate when your order has competed production and is READY TO SHIP (not when you initially place your order)

Most Days/Dates displayed in Shipping Methods are synced or calculated based on your printing turnaround selection. So if you need your order to arrive sooner than what you see, adjust your Printing Turnaround selection.
The actual time/hour of arrival for all methods unless specified, is EOD or by the end of the day as determined by UPS or FedEx. Normally, you will receive these packages at your usual arrival time for these firms.
CURRENT SHIPPING METHODS:

Standard (1-3 Business Days)
Arrival in 1-3 days via ground transportation in most cases. We will always try to have your order arrive in no more than (3) days in most cases. Even if you are in a 4 or 5 day service range from the carrier we will adjust the service here at our expense to try to meet this commitment when we can. Thus we Guaranteed delivery by the end of the (EOD) third business day. This method relates for packages shipping the mainland United States of America.
Next Business Day
Guaranteed delivery by the end of the next business day (EOD) to the mainland United States of America
Next Day Early
Arrival the next day EXCEPT SUNDAY. The time is by 12pm unless that day is a Saturday, then the time of arrival maybe up to 3pm an in some areas later than that. This method relates for packages shipping the mainland United States of America
Same Day
Arrival that Same Day. This is a limited service for more local based customer or along the North East Corridor of the U.S. from Richmond, VA to NY, NY. It will only appear for those areas services. Valid orders must be received by 9am -11AM EST (cutoff determined within each product) RUSH- same day "Printing Turnaround" must be selected at time of order.
-Order received after the "Cutoff Time" may still be able to arrive that same day or we may require the following day up to 12PM - We will advise if so.
-If you have selected Same Day and we cannot meet this deadline we will credit back those shipping fees associated with Same Day, less the cost of the alternative method
Local Pick Up
If you are located locally (determined by zip codes) you and pick up your order at our facility. We have an After Hours Pick Up Box as well so you can retrieve your order at anytime in that next 24 hour period. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready along with the address and location for reference our default is

Availability of shipping methods
Not all shipping methods above may appear to you. Only those available based on the BILLING OR SHIP TO address will appear
OUR SHIPPING COMMITMENT
We Guarantee your shipping services. Although the selection and cost is your responsibility, if the shipping firm does not meet the specified delivery we will credit you the "shipping fee portion" you paid for that order. If you also incurred an additional cost for expediated "Printing Turnaround, we will credit that specific portion of the cost as well.
We also monitor all shipped packages. We take a proactive approach. We will contact the shipping firm on your behalf to resolve the issue as fast as possible. If we can reprint and re-delivers faster the shipping firm's resolution - we will.
