EDDM Print & Ship – How To

 

Start by first locating the area you want to mail using our mapping tool and then selecting the routes you want to mail.

Then build out your card specs, choosing the sizer and any other options  you would like

Then either upload your own print ready art file or use one of our easy to personalize templates

- Either complete/finish your template in one session and "Process" it to go to your cart and Check out

or Save Your Design to work on later and then order when completed.

We will Print your cards and bundle them with rubber bands in counts of 100 per bundle.

We will Prepare all the paper work you need to take this order to a local USPS or multiple USPS locations if needed (usually based on Zip Codes) 

We will Ship to your Billing Address.

• If you want shipped to another address for this product place those instruction and address in the "Notes" section in checkout 

You will then prepare the mail with these 3 easy steps

Facing Slips 

Chances are that the routes you selected don’t all have the same number of stops. And mostly likely, none of them are and even number.  Let’s use 278 stops on a route as an example.  If bundling in stacks of 100 as we have prepared for you,  you would use  2 stacks of 100 postcards and then take another bundle and remove 22 so that you have 78 in the final stack.

Then on those 3 bundles your would insert the included Facing Slips - 3 In this case already populated and you just write in the date with a pen.   IMAGE

Repeat as needed so that all bundles you are submitting have facing slips

Transport to the USPS local Post Office of that mailing, bring your mail and paper work inside and present all to the customer rep at the count and pay! You are all set and you mail should be arriving in homes in a few days.
