National Level

We maintain subscriptions with many agency's that provide National Do No Contact list. These lists are generally voluntary and are not federally mandated restrictions as direct mail is not legally restricted the same way telemarketing is. They were originally developed to reduce high-volume national advertising (such as catalog mailings). As a result, locally relevant communications—such as real estate updates, market activity, and neighborhood announcements—are often viewed differently by recipients.

Our Do Not Mail List

We also maintain a list (suppression list/Do Not Mail) based on our mailing history of "requests to be removed". We do remove these addresses from all out data, however all lists update at different times and there might occur a lag or gap, in the processing of recently updated client lists and the application of our macro suppression list. We often also adjust data based on deceased records and try to suppress any nursing home/rehab addresses. This is a courtesy and we make no  representations of it accuracy.

 

Agent Lists or Your Own Do Not Mail List

We do recommend being mindful of all who do request/email/call, to be removed from a list. We can process any client furnished list. You can upload it with your list it uploading your own or if you are using one one of our list or we are compiling a list on your behalf. When requested we will suppress any names found on your current list from your furnished Do Not Mail List.

Upload or email to [email protected] with your order number in the subject line. We will suppress any names found on your current list from your furnished Do Not Mail List.

We can maintain a Do Not List for you

If you have your own Do Not Mail (suppression list) upload or email to [email protected] with your name in the subject line. We will process the list and place it in your My Lists - our list manager. When you select it with an order,  we will suppress any names found on your list(s) as well as add any addresses to it when submitting one of the variou update forms we offer in our list manager platform - My Lists.

My Lists, can be found always on the top menu towards the right - "My Lists" or in your My Account on the left menu My Lists. 

Best Practices -  Commercial Marketing and Mail

We often will process all mail against certain database that we considered to be accurate. We have had experience with these for years and it is based more on industry best practices than any specific list or lists Examples are Nursing Home & Rehabilitation Center Suppression as well as **Deceased Records. For deceased records often will not suppressed the record but change and last name by appending "Residence" or "Family" to  the records Last Name
(i.e. David Smith mails as Smith Family)
