All pricing, production schedules, print times, shipping options, delivery estimates, guaranteed arrival dates, promotional discounts, coupon codes, and service offerings displayed on our website are based upon the customer completing the entire ordering process online through our website or an authorized enterprise portal or one of our Assisted Ordering options (see below)

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Uploading print-ready artwork.
  • Creating or editing designs using our online design tools.
  • Uploading mailing lists.
  • Building, selecting, or purchasing mailing lists through our online list-building tools.
  • Reviewing proofs, specifications, and order details.
  • Completing checkout and payment through our online ordering system.

Any order that is not submitted through our website or an authorized enterprise portal is considered an Offline Order.

Offline Orders include, but are not limited to:

  • Orders submitted via email.
  • Orders submitted by phone.
  • Orders submitted by text message.
  • Orders submitted through chat or messaging platforms.
  • Orders requiring manual processing by our staff.

Because Offline Orders require additional administrative review, file handling, data verification, communication, order entry, and production coordination, the pricing, turnaround times, delivery estimates, guaranteed arrival dates, coupon codes, discounts, and promotions displayed online do not apply unless specifically confirmed in writing by our staff.

Additional service fees may apply to Offline Orders. These fees vary based on the complexity of the project, artwork preparation requirements, mailing list processing, data verification, production specifications, and the amount of manual labor required to complete the order.

  • Brochures with Print Ready Art - Offline Order fees, average and additional $10-25 per item
  • Postcards - Direct Mail or EDDM - Offline Order fees, average and additional $20 per item
  • Books or Booklets -  Offline Order fees, average and additional $40 per item
  • Signs, Display Boards or Posters -  Offline Order fees, average and additional $20-30 per item

Furthermore, Offline Orders may require additional processing time and may not qualify for the same production schedules, shipping options, or guaranteed arrival dates available through our online ordering system.

Whether through our standard online ordering platform or one of our assisted ordering products, submitting your project through our website remains the fastest and most accurate way to place an order.
